In trying to make this program to run in a cross-development environment,
it becomes painfully obvious that the header files to use must be those
of the target, not the host.  That is, certainly <a.out.h> and <fcntl.h>,
and possibly some of <stdio.h> need to come from the PC/IX environment
so as to match the "a.out" file being disassembled.

Are these readily available?
