GSG/AMT, Schaumburg, Illinois Lines: 19 I really hate to bad mouth a "high tech" product, but a guy in the Northern Ill. Amiga Users group has one that has been a real headache.... CSA said that its OK to buy ASDG? 's 8 meg board and use it in the tower. He bought it and it didn't work. After a lot of finger pointing is "seems" to be a lack of ground plane or signal line noise within the tower interface. CSA will try to fix it if he send them his system and LOTS of money.....Anyway, the guy is bummed and forced to run with a reduced amount of memory on his memory board. CSA may have fixed their design problem, and it probably will work if you stick to only their boards, But wouldn't it be simpler, safer, and cheeper to sell your 1000 and buy a 2000? DISCLAIMER: This is all second hand from a non-tech. user that has a HUGE amount of hardware and money. He's thrown a lot of time and money at this problem and finally given up.
