I cannot verify the rumor since it is not true!  C-A will be shipping V1.3.
However, V1.4 might not be shipped as V1.4 but by some other name (V2.0).
Since V1.3 is almost ready to go (and the public wants it so badly), it would
be foolish to delay shipping it further.
