I guess it wouldn't seem that bad (as a one person joke), but it strains my imagination as to how someone could write a destructive virus without having any clue as to the possibilities... Generally, anyone who knows enough about any particular system to write a virus has been using/programming computers long enough to be aware of what a potentially dangerous thing they are.
