	I know this has been mentioned before, so apologies for bringing
this up again, but how do I disable call waiting so that I don't get
disconnected whenever someone calls me?  (this is especially disturbing
since the remote modem I dial into gets screwed up if I get kicked off,
and must be reset before I can log in again).
	I'm using a Prometheus Promodem 2400, and VT100 V2.6/jrbii.2.
