How can I find out which screen is "on top?"  Also, once I find the top
screen, is it kosher to create a window on it?  I'm hacking up
someone's clock program, and I'd like to have the clock always visible
on the top screen.  Or is this A Bad Thing?  Lots of programs create
their own screens, and it would be nice to see the clock no matter what
was running.
