AmigaMail(tm) is the Commodore-Amiga Developer's Newsletter (published bi-monthly
now, I believe). You can subscribe to it for about $20 (see Carolyn's recent message
in comp.sys.amiga on developer support materials).

No, you do not and I don't believe this is implied in the document. I would
recommend it though, as much activity related to working groups will likely
occur there.

To become a "Certified Developer" costs $50 a year, and includes a subscription
to AmigaMail. Again, please refer to Carloyn's recent posting.
