Could someone please e-mail me a complete explanation of the GS type $C0 and
$C1 picture formats?  Please?  I have a BASIC program that reads type $C1,
but not $C0.  What's the difference.  NO, I don't own a GS, and I'm not
about to go buy a book.  But I would like to make a reverse SHRconvert.
