I am looking for a public domain facility that can process man files and
spit out an MS-DOS text file for either input to a paginator or printing.
Many of the utilities posted to comp.sources.misc have man formatted 
files and the average MS-DOS user (me) just has one more cryptic file
on their hard disk.
