I don't agree that another newsgroup is needed for sources.  There is no
need to post clear text when we can package related files in ARCs and
reduce the chance of getting errors (because of the built-in CRC
checking used in ARC programs).

Many of the programs already distributed as ARCs contain full source
code.  The fact that they also contain executables is a plus for the
users who don't have the compiler needed.  At least they can try the
program and if they want to make a change then they will have the
incentive to purchase the compiler.
