I think you just contradicted yourself there, old man. :-) Key words: THE PROGRAM MODIFIED ITSELF. *You* did not modify it; the change in the program was made at the program's own request and executed by the program itself. So, you still haven't violated anything. However, using ResEdit to change some menu command-key equivalents *would* be a modification by you, and that's in violation of the license agreement.
