I am using a beta version of the Grappler LQ on my HP DeskJet and even though
I am using Laserwriter SC fonts (the release ones will be from BitStream,
the unit works quite well although it is slow because the Mac has to do
all of the formatting.  I expect that the unit will work with a laser printer
as well.  Have your friend contact Orange Micro for further details.  They
are supposed to release in the next two weeks.
