I have obtained the supposed source for UUPC on the Mac.  It is apparently
written to be compiled using Aztec C.  Things are so far going well using
Lightspeed C (after minor mods) except that a few files need things defined
in pb.h and sgtty.h which I assume are bundled with Aztec.

Does anyone have these includes they could send me or know what the Lightspeed
equivalent includes/functions/structures... are (I searched 'em all)??
