EDT for IRIS'es.

I have a hack for you...   GNUEMACS is up and running on IRISes (IRII?), and
has an EDT simulation mode.   Since GNUEMACS is to EDT as an IRIS is to a
Tek-4010 scope,  this has the following advantage;   as you users become
more proficcient with GNUEMACS they can use the extra capabilities,  and
increase thier productivity.

GNUEMACS is distributed free,  which is another big advantage.
