If the person in need is truly in need, it would be a worthy cause.  However,
several things in (and not in) his message make me somewhat suspicious.

First of all, why didn't he include the name of the school he was attending?  
It seems natural that he would have mentioned it.  Second, he lists a P.O.
box for incoming funds.  While some people do use a box instead of a street
address, this looks extremely suspicious to me.  Kind of like those hit-n-run
mail order scams.

If he was in school, at a dorm, he wouldn't have a P.O. box unless he spent
some of his "hard-earned" money to maintain it.  If he was living in off-
campus housing, the same would likely be true.

Sorry Jay-Jay, your posting just looks too suspicious to me.
