Allowing all customers to download is one of the best moves that microport has made, regarding technical support, in a long time. I have always believed that most of the complaints about microport have not really been that their product was any worse than anyone else's; just that it has been somewhat difficult, in the past, to get timely fixes to known bugs. Many bugs haven't even been fixed until the next release. Things should be *much* better now that we can all get bug fixes as they're corrected.
