I'm planning to use message queues for communication. Hardware: IBM AT, 6 Mhz OS: IBM XENIX 2.00 (yeah, antique) Query: Will this setup handle message queues fast enough so that the user will not notice the time it takes for his keystroke to go from the keyboard handler process to the display process?
