I will soon be leaving a beautiful apartment in the annex -- a large sunny
1 bedroom, with a large balcony, gas appliances, ceiling fan, washer/dryer,
plenty of storage space, etc etc etc.  It is at an excellent location -- very
close to the university, shopping, and the subway.  The neighbors are
wonderful, and the facilities are well maintained.

The apartment will be available starting 1/July/88.
Please let know if you are interested in renting it.
