1. Can anybody send me a copy of pkxarc? I have several arcs that my
arcer refuses to dearc. I think at least one of them requires pkxarc.
What is the difference, anyway?

2. Does anybody know how to use the archives at SIMTEL20.ARPA? I can get
there via anonymous FTP, but once there I find only a couple of help
files, no archives. The commands listed in the help files don't work,
either.
