You might look at MCI MAIL or at AT&T MAIL. Both of these provide access to TELEX as well as a lot of other e-mail services. Both will hold inbound TELEX messages in your mailbox until you log in and read them. Both offer PC-based software that automates your message editing and preparation, as well as dial-up and login procedures.
