The boards were tested using SCO Xenix running on a Compaq 386/20. Tested boards included Company/Board Ports Phone Processor Rating Arnet Smartport 8 (800) 366-8844 80186 7.7 AST Fourport/xn 4 (714) 853-1333 None 6.4 Digiboard Com/8i 8 (800) 344-4273 80188 6.2 Stargate Plus 8 8 (800) STARGAT 8051 6.2 Computone Intelliport AT-8 8 (800) 241-3946 80186 None The Computone board has no rating due to problems running the tests in the Compaq. While I'm sure there are other multiport board available, this review is at least a starting point. And the test system speed was running Xenix on a fast machine.
