Yes, I think the testers and coordinators should set up a private mailing list for tossing ideas and patch code around. comp.mail.elm should only be involved at 2 points in time. Once when the user reports a bug or possible fix, and once when the patch is released. A lot of source code is delayed by Rich $alz while he checks it out. But, he should be able to get it out the door right away on the approval of the Elm coordinator. -- Greg
