Are you thinking of the article in the [Monkey] Business Day section of
the NYTimes?  It was on the pages D1 and D5 titled "Setbacks for
Artificial Intelligence".

I think the date is March 4th.  (I just have a photocopy, but the
dateline on it and adjacent articles say "March 3".)

Always happy to illustrate the advantages of not cleaning my office.
