In response to Rand Hall's question about the Load Average Driver used by
FINGER.

The driver FINGER uses is part of Eunice and was never shipped as part of
FINGER that originated with me.  Eunice is licenced software available
from The Wolongong Group.

If FINGER finds the driver, it calls it.  Otherwise it ignores it.
