I have a version of lwsrv which works with it, and also a 'pap_psserver' server program for spooling to a laserwriter. If you're interested I can send you copies of these. The downside is that you may notice I said 'derived from' above. If you're running a standard MDQS I can promise you that our stuff will NOT compile unchanged on your system. However, most of the changes are just additional fields in the request structure (and code in the server program to make use of them) so it's probably not a major job to convert them to run with a standard MDQS.
