There are some applications (notably Paintworks Gold) that won't run when the RAM disk has been configured in by allocating it memory. (the manual says it won't run period, not a question of having left enough memory for the application it would seem.) Instead of having to go into the control panel, turn the machine off, and re-boot just to deinstall the RAMdisk (and the converse when done) it would be much nicer if I could start up a short program to do it. (Its possible thas has come up before, but I didn't notice it; I don't have a Toolbox manual(s) and any code would have to be written from the mini-assembler or basic.) TMPLee@Dockmaster.arpa
