I am trying to get TCP/IP running on an RT. I have had it running with 
ethernet, and I am now trying to get it running at the same time with
Token Ring. I can get the Token Ring side to work or the Ethernet side to
work, but not at the same time.

The statement in the /etc/net file that is last is the one that works.

Is there a way to get both working at the same time? 

I am running AIX and the TCP/IP software that came with it.
