on page 18 it has an article on "Macintosh Repair and Maintenace" which
every Mac-owner should have at theri finger-tips;  it includes such information
as where you can buy a flyback-transformer for $35, where you can get your
broken analog board swapped for $65, it tells what tools to get where, etc...

it has paragraphs titled:  Tools of the Trade;  Clock Problems;  Picture
Problems;  Shrunken Pictures; Mystery Bugs; Crippled Mice;  DiskDrive Problems;
Cabling Problems;  The Last Word on Fans; ....

It was 2 other articles which are hardware related:  "Caring for your
Imagewriter"  and  "Help! My Imagewriter is Driving me Dotty".

quite honestly, I've pretty much given up reading other rags ...
