I'm a registered owner of Illustrator >but don't own a LaserWriter. :-( You can send away to Adobe (or call them on the phone) and order a 3-disk set of the bitmap fonts. Of course, you get to pay a price only Adobe could love: $50. You get bitmap versions of all the "flavors" (roman, bold, italic, and bold-italic) of standard LaserWriter Plus fonts.
