I presume you are referring to the Postscript files produced by the command-F option on the print dialog box (Why can't this be an option in the standard dialog box ? - Apple ?). Anyway, I do have a Postscript file that can be added to the beginning of your postscript file, which when printed will also print the BoundingBox info. You can then add the BoundingBox line into the Postscript file. It is thus a two step process. I did not write this and I have to look to see if it can be posted here.
