I have a friend who will be joining the psychology department at Kent State
University and who is a devoted Mac fan.  He has informed me that Kent State is
practicing IBM imperialism and that it is very difficult to get a Mac there
(they are not members of the consortium and actively discourage folks from
getting non-IBM stuff).

Does anyone know someone at Kent State who owns a Mac and who could share news
about how to survive with a Mac in such hostile territory?  Any help
appreciated.
