The way I understand this upgrade and it should apply to you if your copy
is only four weeks old, is that the upgrade is "free" if purchased after
Feb 1, 1988. It says so in my upgrade letter. But wait a minute, shipping
charges are between $3.50 or $5.50. So much for free. At least the $25 rebate
should cover that unless you didn't ask for that either.
