I could have sworn that I read a reference to this on the net, and
saved it to a file, but I can't find the file now.

Anyone know how I'd go about getting this (I believe it's available
under license from University of New Mexico, like CMU's Generalized Image
Library (which has an X interface))  We're interested in comparing the
two.
