I'm not sure what you mean by "Intrinsic Widgets" - I don't think there are
any.  If you mean the Athena widgets (used in the "X Toolkit Widgets"
documentation) try looking in examples/Xaw from the directory you built
X in.  It helped me a lot - the printed documentation is pretty unclear.
