I hereby propose that a new newsgroup, called soc.jj, immediately be
create with no discussion and no vote.  This newsgroup will limit
itself to JJ bashing, portal bashing, comp.tcp-ip.eniac bashing and
all sorts of other discussions of that ilk.

THEN I CAN NOT SUBSCRIBE TO THE @#$% NEWSGROUP AND WE CAN GET ON WITH
OTHER DISCUSSIONS!!!
