Summary: Television choices



 I have been searching for a descent 19 - 20 inch color Television for some 
 tie now and narrowed down my choices to the JVC 2017,19 or The Toshiba 
 Stereo, both have on screen picture control and programming, the JVC however
 is not stereo.

 I have been told JVC products are not easily servicable. 

 I am looking for any comments you may have.
