Statements like this lead to anarchy on the net.  If people start
posting to c.b.i.p.d in order to bypass the moderator, we will end up
having c.b.i.p.d killed.

On the other hand, if enough people MAIL the moderator requesting
that games (or graphics or whatever) be allowed on c.b.i.p, we
will probably get the restriction lifted.  (Please don't clog
up c.b.i.p.d with 100 postings on this topic, just let the moderator
know how you feel.)

While I happen to disagree with the decision to kill off games, I
do agree with the need to move graphic files to a new group.  Since
they are both large and (generally) one-shot, the high volume of
traffic from such could get c.b.i.p killed, and then where would
we be?  (It's bad enough that there are ongoing discussions about
killing all pc groups and/or all binary groups - let's not add fuel
to the fire!)
