The ULTRIX installation went through without a hitch, but the VMS installation doesn't seem to be all there. I have transferred all of the source file, built it just as descrived in the VMSINSTALL docs, created the dump file, but when I run temacs, some of the standard(?) bindings are missing (C-a, C-d, ^X anything,...) It is very irritating to have to type 'M-x delete-char' just to delete a character (neither backspace nor delete keys seem to work). Is this a totally foreign problem, or has someone else seen this also? I am not an Emacs veteran nor a VMS one either, so any help is GREATLY appreciated.
