I want to modify an EGA font for my PC; the upper 128 of the "standard" character set contains everything you need to display German, French, Spanish, and most of the Scandinavian languages, but no Slavic characters. I've seen Hungarian PC clones in eastern Europe; how is the character set modified? In particular, I want to replace existing character fonts if/as necessary to provide the following Czech characters, in both upper and lowercase: ' ' ' ' ' ' v v v v v o A E I O U Y C N R S Z U D' T' If there's no standard, I'll just blow off a dozen or so Greek characters and use that space, but I'm sure these characters must have standard codes. Also, how about the Russian alphabet? Thanks. Bill Frolik / hplabs!hp-pcd!bill Hewlett-Packard / Corvallis, Oregon
