A while back someone said AST gave them 1.1->1.3 diffs.  I tried to follow
the instructions, but I'm not on bitnet and could not get hold of them.
Does one of the archive sites have these?  If not can someone send them?

I've had real trouble going from 1.1->1.2, and so finally gave up, but will
try again.  Most of the problems I encountered were mostly from the compiler.
I did get the separate I&D asld, but was there a new "cem" or "cpp"?  Someone
asked this on the net, but I don't recall seeing a reply (many times I see
good questions, but no replys.
