Awhile back, I saw a lot of traffic about a VMS program to read a TAR tape. 
I don't use Unix, yet so I paid no attention to the stuff.  Now, one of 
our employees has gotton a Sun and needs to read a TAR format tape to VMS 
so he can DECnet it to the Sun.  

If there was a program, could somebody send it to me, if there was 
information on a program, could I get that.  If I was imagining things and 
there is no way for VMS to read a TAR tape, let me know that too.
