Any of you has any idea about how different graphics algorithms lend themselves to parallelism ? Are there any commercially available graphics packages which run on parallel machines ? What do you think about parallelizing a raytrace algorithm ? Has it already been done ? Can anyone think of an algorithm that will not do so well on parallel machines ? Any specific supercomputers for graphics only in the market ? Any relevant information welcome.. PLEASE EMAIL RESPONSES; I WILL POST A SUMMARY WHEN I HAVE SUFFICIENT MATERIAL..... Jim (The Mad Hatter)
