The latest version of the MIT->CMU->McGill... PCIP is available for
FTP from Oliver.CS.McGill.CA.  It includes the same changes as
previously posted by me (ARCNET support and IP fragmentation/
reassembly), as well as support for multiple interfaces.  I have
not tested it as a packet forwarder yet.

It is in ~ftp/pub/pcip.tar or pcip.tar.Z (compressed).  To untar it
on a PC, you can grab ~ftp/pcip/exe/tarread.exe.
