One the Amiga you don't need any extra hardware. WeatherConnect of Chicago, IL has announced such a system for the broadcast, "professional" and "amateur" markets. The "broadcast" version, which includes a 68020-based Amiga 2000, is shipping now. The software will be sold "unbuldled" for the other two markets. The software works with both NTSC and PAL systems. For more information, please contact Brendan Larson, WeatherConnect Manager of Operations, at (312)527-0411. A good description of the system has just been published in the June 13th issue of Computer and Software News. The system was initially demonstrated at NAB. The new version is going to be shown this week in Chicago at the Annual Meteorological Conference. -- Marco Papa 'Doc' -=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-= uucp:...!pollux!papa BIX:papa ARPAnet:pollux!papa@oberon.usc.edu "There's Alpha, Beta, Gamma and Diga!" -- Leo Schwab [quoting Rick Unland] -=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=
