I called Lattice (again ;-) ) last week, to ask about it, and they do not have a sales sheet on it yet, but expect it to cost around $500.00. I believe that includes the Lattice 4.?0 compiler. It is a preprocessor that produces C code for the C compiler. I was also told that a symbolic debugger for C++ is in the works.
