I don't have a Laser and can't guarantee future compatibility or anything but
at least some Laser users are using TIC in the current version (2.03) with no
problems so I must assume that the Laser serial port does indeed support
interrupts.  Again though, there's no guarantee that TIC will work with the
Laser in the future but I can say that TIC will work with any real 100% Apple
compatible (//e with 128K, //c, or IIgs and future machines in the line of
course).
