I had the unfortunate opportunity to deal with them recently. I called about repairing a drive and spoke to a rep who said that they would repair my drive for $250 and it would return as a 20 meg with new rom chips on the controller also. This sounded like a great deal as I really was not willing to pay $250 to repair the 10 meg. Well after 3-4 weeks I got the drive back and it was still a 10 meg. Needless to say I was a little miffed. I called Xebec and they said "well, we have no record of an upgrade." and of course I lost out, boy was I fuming, especially since another person overheard the conversation on my end over a speaker phone. Well, I will never agai again deal with those people. (Anyone want to buy a sider, cheap...) Jerome Schentag V505PDA4@UBVMS
