Here are the pinouts, according to the Apple //c tech. manual:

Pins numbered clockwise

Pin    Signal
---    ------
1      Data Terminal Ready (DTR)
2      Transmit Data (TD)
3      Ground (GND)
4      Received Data (RD)
5      Data Set Ready (DSR)

Port 1 and 2 pinouts are identical. Note that the //c firmware is very
similar BUT NOT IDENTICAL to the Super Serial card firmware.
