Otherwise you could buy something, and wait as long as you liked to register it. On the other hand, if you have lost your reciept I would recommend two possible options. 1) (best bet) contact the company you bought it from, they can probably verify the date of your purchase and produce a duplicate invoice or similar thing for you. 2) If you really just bought it, and you got it from a place that has high product turnover that got it from a distributor with high turnover then You might be able to convince Think to check their records for when your serial number left their place. If it's since the magic date, there is no way you could have bought it any earlier. These and similar techniques have worked for me at various times in the past in various related situations.
