The Inmos Multiuser flight simulator does this at more than 20 frames/sec (each frame is 512*512*8) using a bunch of T800's per user with all the bunches connected in a ring. You play the game by shooting down the other three people who are also playing the game. It is described (with some nice colour pictures) in Inmos technical note 36 "A Transputer Based Multi-user Flight Simulator", by P. Atkin and S. Ghee. Inmos have had it on the stand at some exhibitions and its great fun to play as long as Stephen Ghee isn't flying around wiping everyone else out! -- | Adrian Cockcroft anc@camcon.uucp ..!uunet!mcvax!ukc!camcon!anc -[T]- Cambridge Consultants Ltd, Science Park, Cambridge CB4 4DW, | England, UK (0223) 358855 (You are in a maze of twisty little C004's, all alike...)
